OUR CLEANING PROCESS

During our carpet cleaning process we will remove loose soil within your carpet using a powerful vacuum cleaning system. We then treat the carpet with our unique Heaven’s Best cleaning solution which contains spotting agents, solvents, brighteners, deodorizers, penetrates and anti-static compound. The cleaning solution penetrates each fiber and breaks up the soil trapped within. The cleaning solution and the dissolved soil is then extracted by used of super absorbent cloth pads which rotate on a commercial floor machine. As the specially designed pad rotates, it gently chums down between each yarn trapping and removing the soil, at the same time drying the carpet. Next the pile is groomed giving your entire carpet that new carpet look. Your carpet will be dry within one hour after the cleaning process is completed. Your carpet will be clean, healthy and fresh smelling.

With our process, upholstery is cleaned using the same formulation as is used in the carpet cleaning process, but a suction unit is used to remove the solution and soil. Due to the many different types of fabric used by the furniture manufacturers, drying time will vary according to the type of fabric cleaned and how soiled it is.

Our cleaning solution is a water-based product and therefore does not leave a sticky residue as do many of the cleaning solutions in use today. Because of the absence of shampoo residues, our cleaners will help your carpet and upholstery stay cleaner longer.
